Recruitment Process


Career Opportunity and Application

Candidate identifies the role that best fits their qualifications and career aspirations.


Candidate applies for job online, submitting their CV and covering letter.


Initial Telephone Interview

If the candidate's profile matches what we are looking for, the candidate will be contacted by our HR department.  If required, an intial telephone interview will be arranged.



If the candidate is considered to be potentially suitable for the role, they will be invited for face-to-face interviews with the hiring manager.  The interview process is designed to understand the candidate's educational background, skills, competencies and experiences, as well as establish their career aspirations and motivations.


Reference Checks

If the candidate is considered suitable for the role, we will contact their referees to answer any questions we have, covering topics such as the candidate’s previous work performance, skill and behaviour.


Selection & Offer

Our selection panel will identify who they feel is most qualified and suitable for the job vacancy.  This candidate will receive a formal offer of employment.

We encourage unsuccessful candidates to continue to review our website regularly for job openings, as their skills may well match future career opportunities. Should a vacancy become available which we feel a previously-unsuccessful candidate might be suitable for, our HR department will contact the candidate and invite them for an interview.
