We offer a range of flexible pipe joint tests to ensure that all inspections and tests are carried out within the specific parameters required by the contract.

In IIB Inspection, our flexible pipe joint tests include the following tests:

1. Hydrostatic pressure test - checks for leaks at a specific water pressure

2. Length measurement - to confirm that the component dimensions are in accordance with the contract requirements

3. Flange Thickness Measurement - to confirm that the flange thickness meets the contract requirements

4. External Coating Thickness Measurement - Verify that the component meets the specified coating thickness

5. Inner Surface Coating Thickness Measurement - Checks the component for compliance with the specified coating thickness
